My website is compromised. Showing junk text over original page. Here are some examples:

As opposed it is supposed to look clean like: https://accept.aseanenergy.org
Right now I am looking through server side files for possible infected files but yet to be successful.
Does anyone experienced similar problems and could share some insights?
