filter customized submit in relaxation api with customized perform

i’ve 3 customized submit sort : artists, songs, movies
songs and movies have a meta that kind artist id of songs or movies
filter in relaxation api could not return filtered submit by artist id customized meta

so i’ve to return that by customized perform and present it in relaxation api

how create a perform that evaluate worth of artist id meta and return submit which have particular artist id ?

one thing like this : /wp-json/wp/v2/songs?artist=4438
that return songs that meta worth of artist is 4438
