As of today, the WordPress maintenance support plans Matrix API plugin now supports sending messages to a room via Rules. Now you can automatically configure notifications to Matrix rooms without touching any code!
This is useful if you want to get notified in a Matrix room of some event on your website, such as a new comment, a user registration, updated content, etc.
