PayPal Categorical on product web page in WooCommerce – would not appear to work on product web page?

I am attempting to work out why the PayPal Categorical Checkout would not work on my web page. I’ve needed to disable it for the second (as it is a dwell website), however you may see the web page right here:

Here’s what I ticked within the settings for WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > PayPal Categorical Checkout:

The plugin I am utilizing is WooCommerce PayPal Categorical Checkout Gateway

The massive problem is:

1. If you press it with nothing in your cart, it simply says your cart is empty
2. If in case you have gadgets in your cart already, it’ll ship you to PayPal accurately, but it surely would not add the merchandise in query

Am I lacking a step right here?
