I might say about 50% of the time once I edit a submit the ‘replace’ is greyed out. What I do is copy the mark-up, refresh then re-apply and publish which is a nasty work-around as a result of it would not tackle the issue.
Any concepts? I suppose I can disable plugins however as a result of the error comes and goes it would take a very long time to establish a rogue plugin….
I suppose my query is – what would trigger this habits?
