Verify for dependent plugin and if false dont activate plugin

I’m making a plugin for WordPress and this plugin depends upon one other plugin with a selected model. If I allow my plugin with out dependent plugin there are deadly error. Is there a strategy to verify this ?

I attempted taking a look at supply code however WP don’t present any hook for this.

I’m not asking about find out how to verify plugin put in or about plugin information, however I wish to know “find out how to verify if dependent exists and if no present a warning and do not activate plugin”.
