I have a question regarding my new online store.
I am providing digital design services to my clients on my new website within WordPress. I have connected packages trough WooCommerce.
I saw that WooCommerce has in-built feature for sending e-mails after purchase is done.
After I get paid and get the order I work on that order/design I need to deliver.
When it is done, I want to send that design I finished back to the customer that paid for it via email with my custom template.
I saw that WooCommerce does not have that kid of option. MailChimp is not used for that purpose.
I also saw that WooCommerce has an option for attaching digital products with an order after the purchases, (video or audio book for example) but my digital products is depending on an order as it’s design in matter so it can not be sent this way.
I am using NameCheap’s PrivateEmail for my business but I do not think that is the approach anybody is using to send email with orders (I have tested it and I can not integrate any custom HTML template in it).
My question is, what is the best case alternative for this scenario? I have not been able to find any convenient answer.
I am new in selling so I am stuck on this step. Please help! Thanks
