WP 5.8.1 on nginx retains saying: Most add file dimension: 1 GB when attempting so as to add a brand new media file [closed]

I’ve adopted the instruction to set values under in php.ini:

 post_max_size = 2048M   
 upload_max_filesize = 2048M

Restarted php7.4-fpm and nginx. However WP retains telling me the max. add is 1GB.
