wp_nav_menu does not appear to work on customized submit sort pages

I am engaged on one thing another person arrange, and on the index web page, the nav seems, however on customized submit sort pages, it doesn’t.

The nav menu:

I’ve seen it recommended that I place this in a perform and use an if assertion to do one thing and on different pages, have this nav perform. My drawback is that I do not know what to place within the wp_nav_menu() for the customized submit sort pages, so it seems.
