Your site cannot join WordPress.org on 198.143.164.251 and returned the following error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

i want to mention that my site is too slow since i have this problem, and i will share all the errors i got in my site health plugin to give the most information possible:

The REST API is one of the ways that WordPress or other applications communicate with the server. One example is the editor’s screen, which relies on it to view and save your posts.

The REST API request failed with an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds (http_request_failed)

Communication with WordPress servers is used to verify the existence of new versions and to install and update the WordPress core, themes and plugins.
